We have been hard at work getting the Web Interface for RVMS ready. We released that at the beginning of January. Now units can start to use some of the features of RVMS. We are looking to release the onboard computer portion of the system released in April this year.

We have added an event management feature to the system. We observed that when we were running training events we had no idea how many people were going to show up. Sometimes we invite people from outside of PARA to come as well. Secondly we wanted to be able to track time and attendance around these events. Last summer we built an event system to do this. I am happy to say that we have now added the Event feature to RVMS for you to use.

You  first create and event in the system which will give you a URL to send out in your training or event notification for people to register. People do not need to be a member of the site to register. You can then go to Event Management to see how many people have registered for your event. Finally when you add time for members or members ad time they can attach their time to the event for reporting purposes.

As always we have tried to make it as simple as possible to use this feature. Hope it works well for you.
